PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY SHIP WITHIN SOUTH AFRICAN BORDERS.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be the essence of the contract. In no circumstances shall Techno Vision be liable to compensate The Customer in any way for late delivery or non-delivery of goods or services without following up with the couriers used first. Any missing items/discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 Hours of collection/delivery. Delivery shall be deemed to take place when the goods and or services have been delivered or completed by Techno Vision.
CARRIAGE, POST AND PACKAGING.
Charges are made for all delivery options and will be invoiced to customers at the prevailing rate.
PRICES.
Goods are invoiced at the prices ruling at the time of ordering. VAT is already included with all goods or services supplied at the prevailing rate (14%). The catalogue issued from time to time will remain current until updates or revisions are issued. Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown throughout the life of each catalogue. However Techno Vision reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
SUPPLY.
In the event that Techno Vision is unable to supply goods as ordered by The Customer, Techno Vision reserves the right to inform the customer & advice of an alternative at either the same price or otherwise.
FORCE MAJEURE.
In the event that Techno Vision is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract for sale as a result of any cause beyond its control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, Techno Vision shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale for as long as such fulfillment is prevented.
CANCELLATION.
Since under normal circumstances goods are ordered in and processed the same day as receipt of order Techno Vision reserves the right not to accept cancellation of orders. Where cancellation is accepted Techno Vision reserves the right to indemnity from The Customer in full for costs incurred.
RETURNS
If you have purchased a product that is incompatible with your existing system or is functional, but does not meet your requirements, then we will only accept the product back for a credit if it is returned in re-saleable condition in the original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date. You will be liable for the delivery costs to return the item to us, and a handling fee which will be deducted from your credit. This is a 15% charge on the value of the item; on the lesser of the price that you paid or the current sale price.
We cannot accept returns after 7 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Delivery fees will not be refunded for returned items.
Credit card refunds will not include the admin fee charged by the acquiring bank.
Techno Vision reserves the right to refuse the return of faulty goods when said goods are covered by a separate manufacturers warranty and should be returned as per instruction on the warranty card provided with the aforementioned goods (e.g. printers & monitors). Current catalogue items, undamaged, unopened and fully marketable may be returned by prior agreement of Techno Vision who reserves the right to make a handling/administration charge.
